Request deletion of an organization-managed user account and associated personal data.

How deletion works
Anlık Bakiyem accounts are created and managed by business organizations. Send a deletion request from the registered business email and include the organization name. We verify account ownership and, where necessary, the authority of the organization before completing the request.

Email the address below with the subject 'Anlık Bakiyem account deletion'. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or bank credentials.

After verification and completion, the active user profile, sessions and registered notification devices are deleted or de-identified. Organization-owned financial records and security/audit records may be retained when required by the organization, contract or applicable law. Support will explain any required retention when confirming the request.
