Odoo bank integration: approved transactions travel to accounting on their own
In a company running Odoo, carrying bank transactions into accounting by hand wastes time and breeds errors. Anlık Bakiyem's Odoo integration removes that carry: from the transactions flowing in from 30 banks, the ones you approve are pushed to Odoo through an account mapping you define once.
What does the integration do and how is it set up?
During setup you map your bank accounts to their Odoo counterparts ONCE. After that the flow is simple: transactions land on the board from the bank, the team reviews and reconciles, and approved items are exported to Odoo.
Export is gated on approval: unreviewed raw data never touches your books; your team decides what goes.
What data is transferred?
The bank transactions you approved — with date, amount, currency and descriptions — are sent to the mapped Odoo account. In multi-company structures each company's mapping lives in its own scope; one company's data never bleeds into another.
Exports are written to the audit trail like every significant action; who sent what and when always has an answer.
Limits and requirements
The integration does not pull your accounting records back into Anlık Bakiyem; the direction is bank-to-accounting and deliberately limited to approved items. On the Odoo side an authorized user/key is required and is defined together during setup.

Frequently asked
- Which transactions go to Odoo?
- Only the ones you approve. Raw bank data is never written straight into accounting; export happens after the team reviews and approves.
- Do I have to remap accounts every time?
- No; the bank-account-to-Odoo-account mapping is defined once and reused by every later export. It can be updated when needed.
- Are my Odoo records imported into Anlık Bakiyem?
- No; the direction is one-way (bank to accounting). For accounting comparison there is a separate read-only comparison feature on the QuickBooks side.
